
Spongy, fluffy chocolate brownies full of crunchy and crispy hazelnuts have great importance for those who love chocolates. Bitter chocolate may not be liked by most of your children so you can replace bitter chocolate with sweet and branded chocolates.
These brownies can be served to your loved ones and they can act as magnets to fix your children in home during these winters. You can enjoy them at your place preventing you from going out on such chilly and frosty days.
I know most of you cannot resist a single piece of this espresso brownie it’s so named because of the instant raise in dough of the brownie.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of semisweet chocolate morsel
2 oz chopped bittersweet chocolate
8 tbsp of melted butter
1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tbsp of instant espresso
1 ¼ cups of sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of coarsely chopped hazelnuts
Preparation
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F).
1. Melt chocolate in a bowl and add melted butter and continue to stir until you get a smooth texture of the two. Remove the pan from the heat flames and in large bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and espresso.
2. Set this mixture aside and in another bowl placed on medium high flame beat sugar, egg and vanilla extract until mixture begins to change color (light) about 2 minutes.
3. Beat chocolate until it completely combines with rest of the ingredients.
4. Add flour mixture to the above mixture and add hazelnuts to the mixture.
5. Pour this combined mixture into baking pan and bake for around 35-40 minutes or frankly speaking till its get spongy (you can test it by pricking a toothpick into it), your toothpick will come out without disturbing the baked ingredients.
6. Cool baked brownie and cut these brownies with a cookie cutter or simply cut it into rectangular cubes.
